Master zilong Fan

Master Zilong Fan is a professional coach from Hubei Province, China. He started learning Wushu (Chinese martial arts) when he was eight years old. From 1990 to 1992, he won many city and provincial championships in Dao Shu (Blade Technique), Gun Shu (Staff Technique), Nan Quan (Southern Boxing), and Chang Quan(Long Boxing).
After he graduated from Wuhan Sports Institute (Wuhan Wushu Team), Zilong was hired as a headcoach in modern Wushu at Tian He Shi Wushu school and also taught advanced classes as a coach at Dingyuanlongtu Kung Fu school in Anhui province. He has performed Wushu in many countries such as South Korea and the U.S.A on behalf of the Marital Arts schools and government of Jingzhou city.
Wushu is the Chinese term for martial arts. It has been practiced for thousands of years, multipling into various styles of boxing, weapon play, acrobatics, and combat. Today, Wushu is also a popular international sport and will become an Olympic event this decade.
Wushu is a highly effective system of exercises which promote physical conditioning for good health and longevity. There are many benefits to practicing Wushu such as:
Respect: Respect the art, parents, Master (Shifu), seniors, self and others.
Humility: Humble heart and manner to learn and practice, yet have confidence.
Diligence: Practice hard and frequently, do your best.
Perseverance: Overcome the difficulties and challenges, a long enduring sense of purpose should be cultivated

Wushu Students Must:

- Develop graceful power

Master Zilong's Student Regulations
Wushu Students Must:
- Respect their Master
- Be honest with Master, oneself, and fellow students
- Address Master properly as Sifu or Shifu, and address all other instructors as Coach
- Pay tuition on time
- Be punctual
- Wear a clean academy uniform and shoes to every class
- Inform Master or Coaches of any illness and injuries prior to and during the class
- Pay attention at all times during the class
- Be supportive to onself and to other students during the class
- Seek permission from Master before performing and competing
- Show respectful behaviors inside and outside the classroom
- Criticize other schools or teachers
- Negatively criticize other students
- Exhibit disrespect to others in attitude, communication or action
- Use foul language
- Discriminate against other students
